Ophir Bear

Ophir served as commander of the Israel Air Force technology unit (OFEK). During his command period, established the Air Force cyber unit, and initiated the NOC and SOC construction. Along his 27 years of service, Ophir established the IAF Simulation and Training branch was part of the Air-Force strategic planning, and led the development and deployment of various operational and training software systems. After his retirement, he Co-Founded Cympire, a company focused on the human-factor in Cyber Security. As the company CEO, Ophir led the development of advanced cyber-security mission training solutions, integrating Israel Air-Force operational culture, personalized learning, and gamification. Ophir is a board member at iSpace, Israel Air-Force alumni startup hub and at Restart, a non-profit organization for rehabilitating wounded soldiers.
