Enthusiastic people mover, influencer, and talker! As Founder of The Kempington Group, Monique Porras promotes her business through openness, deep networks, and a sense of humor. Originally from the Washington, DC area, Monique has built deep roots in Phoenix. Her enthusiastic nature and fearless mindset helped her create one of the strongest networks in Arizona and rich relationships across the US. Her goal is to change the recruiting “game” and humanize recruiting again! Monique and her team are in the business of bringing people together for a long-term commitment. Monique is a huge advocate for charity work. She is honored to be a Founding Member and Board Member for Phoenix Suns Charities 88, a division of the Phoenix Suns Charities. She currently serves as an Ambassador for TGen (The Translational Genomics Research Institute), Make-A-Wish, Wish Ball Committee Member, the originator of BE Empowered BE Fearless, a Title I girls mentoring program, and national Board member to ESPN’S V Foundation, Don’t Ever Give Up. She has served as the American Cancer Society’s 58th Annual Gala Chair. In 2018, she was nominated for an Athena Award by the Greater Phoenix Chamber which recognizes women who demonstrate excellence in professional leadership, community service, and mentorship of future leaders.
