Dom Kwong is co-founder and chief technology officer of Damon Motorcycles. Technology commercialization professional with more than two decades of experience, Dom has worked with both startups and large-scale companies developing products from concept to full commercialization. Prior to founding Damon, Dom served as head of Engineering and Manufacturing at Recon Instruments (acquired by Intel for $150M) where he led the development and manufacturing of the RECON Snow 2 HUD goggles. Dom is an avid track racer and uses the experience to deliver the best riding experience for Hypersport riders. He has taken more than 20 advanced riding courses and is an advocate for rider safety. 15 years ago, Dom’s dream of bringing the safest motorcycle to the streets began. Teaming up with Jay Giraud put his dream on course, as the duo would go on to create Damon Motorcycles.
